Without humiliation, a male in female clothes is just a cross-dresser or female impersonator. But a submissive male who is embarrassed and humiliated by appearing in feminine attire and, moreover, is erotically aroused by his exposure, is a true sissy. The dominant woman who wants to turn her male into a sissy must know this and work to instill these feelings of inadequate masculinity in her subject.

In order to accomplish this, the domme should choose the most inappropriate female clothes. For instance, little girl dresses with lots of frills and bows can be a good choice. But, if she prefers her companion to have a more mature appearance, the classic look of a teen-age tease (short skirt, midriff-baring blouse) may be chosen. Mommy loves taking me to see beautiful ballet performances. I love watching the beautiful ballerinas and wish I was one of them. We went to see the Ballet Swan Lake which I have always wanted to see. The question really is does BDSM have a role to play in sissification and feminization? The standard definition of BDSM is that it is a variety of often erotic practices or roleplaying involving bondage, discipline, dominance and submission, sadomasochism and other related interpersonal dynamics.

Dominance and submission of power are entirely different experiences, and are not always psychologically associated with physical pain. Many BDSM activities involve no pain but just the exchange of power and control.

Yes, I have. But first I must define “Sissy” and “permanent sissy”. Sissy is derogatory name for someone, specifically a male, who seems weak or cowardly and acts and dresses in a stereotypically feminine way. A male who does not demonstrate masculine traits. One who is interested in things traditionally associated with girls and women.

Within gay, particularly gay male culture, is found the concept of the “sissy”, though it isn’t exclusive to the community. The word is most often used as a particularly hurtful synonym for an effeminate male, and its application in this particular context is meant to produce shame and derision. Sometimes it refers to a man who exhibits a particularly stereotypical notion of effete homosexuality.

In a transgender context, however, it most often refers to a biological male who willingly mimics and eagerly takes on hyper-feminine attitudes for the sake of sexual gratification. This is a behavior known as feminization and often contains an aspect of cross-dressing. The trans umbrella is the broadest one of all since gender is often one of the most poorly defined aspects of human expression.

There is a sharp definition between those who practice transvestic fetishism or cross-dressing, and those who identify strongly with the opposite gender in ways that go well beyond a sex act. The two are often related, though, particularly when one contemplates that feelings of humiliation linked to a reversal of traditional gender roles are present. It is worth considering how easily trauma can be incorporated into sexual desire and the act itself, even taking on a paradoxically pleasurable quality.

The two males that I feminized and sissified were already sissies but only part time. They tried to hide their sissy natures but not very successfully. Yes, hypnosis can affect significant behavioral change. It has long been used, for example, to make the subject quit smoking. But I think the question here really is: Can hypnosis induce a new behavior or alter an existing one? In my experience, it can.

Putting her in trance, I was able to encourage annie to perform in certain ways (singing her sissy songs and reciting her sissy poems) and to respond to specific phrases. (I won’t go into detail on those). Similarly, I have strengthened Holly’s latent lesbian tendencies to a strong preference for sex with women. Further, when I realized she was, at heart, a submissive, I made it so her lesbian attraction was to dominant women, such as Mistress Amelia. In the course of that, I was able to change her attraction to Mistress Amelia to erotic devotion.

Though I have not done so myself, I am aware of instances in which perfectly normal men have been made into cross-dressers and sissies, through a combination of sensual touch and hypnotic conditioning. Put a man in trance, stroke his manhood with a pair of satin panties, and you can easily induce a fetish for girlish undies. Reward him further as he dons additional feminine attire and soon he equates sexual satisfaction with feminization. Some men—especially those with a history of overbearing mothers—can be regressed to little girls (though never as successfully as a “natural little” like annie will).

I love imagining Annie playing with Ariel and sharing her playtime adventures (also with her little girl friends) with Ariel.
