Lately I have been relating to sissy annie as a prissy pansy rather than just a sissy! "Sissy" is just too generic and has lost it's hard edge meaning and correlation. I love when someone calls her a pansy, or even better, a prissy pansy.
Prissy means "Prim and Proper". A dainty girl. Very much lady like.
A "Pandy Core" - Someone who is ridiculously scared of something, particularly a guy who acts like a little girl when frightened also known as a hardcore pansy.
There are just times when one sees a certain photo and you label it as "PANSY". It's obvious! "PANSY" is a term used to mean a male regarded as gay, effeminate ,or simply a weakling. As an adjective,it applies to things,such as clothes (skirts,dresses, etc),associated with such a person.
The insult "pansy" actually comes from the French "pensée", which is the past tense of "to think", but is also a feminine reflexive. This term came about in the mid-fifteenth century, and essentially, it was used pejoratively to describe a man who thinks too much (like a woman is the intimation). Thinking men were not brawny, active, robust men, therefore they were thought to be slightly effeminate. It wasn't until 1929 that the term "pansy" came to mean sissy boi.

Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer!
Yesterday, Ms Hayes took me and my little girlfriends Amy and Julie to see the "Rudolph the Reindeer" puppet show at the Center for Puppetry Arts. We go to see this every year. There were lots of children there, of course! I brought "Minnie Mouse" stickers to the children! They all loved my Minnie Mouse dress and that my dolly, LeAnne was wearing a matching dress!

Both terms tend to have wildly varying connotations, depending on who you ask and in what setting they are used. This is true even by the people that claim them as identities.
For some people, femboy and sissy are interchangeable in meaning whereas for others sissy is a slur and femboy is value neutral. Holly smiled and agreed, adding, “Yes, of course, but you must follow all the rules!”
“Oh, yes, Mommy, I will,” Annie replied and skipped into the store. There was a birthday party in progress, but the manager immediately recognized two of her best customers and came over to greet them.
“Hello, Ms. Holly,” she said, “How nice to see you! And you, Annie—how is my favorite little girl?”
“Oh, no, Miss,” Annie protested, “I am not a little girl; I am an obedient little sissy wanker!” She curtseyed and blushed, feeling her little nubbin twitch.
“My, my, you certainly are,” the manager agreed. Just then, Annie’s presence caught the attention of the little girls at the party and they and their mothers came over to meet her. Spankings are one of a Mistress's many training tools. Spankings are to be carried out immediately, no appeals, apologies, excuses, whining etc. on the bare button with panties down and always Over-the-knees (OTK). Using whichever tool Mistress decides is best (paddle, strap, hairbrush, wooden spoon, cane etc).
Regardless of who is there or locations. There may be some limitations to being able to administer a spanking, in which case the sissy is told that there will be a spanking later. This is terrible for the sissy as she knows a delayed spanking is going to be a punishment spanking as compared to a correction spanking.
Reminder Spankings - Given on a schedule as a reminder of sissy's status in life. Usually daily, OTK, with a paddle or hairbrush. Daily or weekly.
Correction spankings - when a sissy is learning a new task and is in learning mode. These spankings are to correct poor behavior or lack of perfection. Everything a sissy does reflects on her Mistress. Generally attended my Mistresses's girlfriends, and other sissies.
If the Sissy identifies her mistake she may ask for a correction spanking - this sometimes prevents Mistress from having to administer a punishment spanking.
Punishment spankings - intended to reinforce learning and leave a lasting impression! When sissy has made a major mistake and/or generally embarrassed herself and her mistress! If Sissy is lucky she may be able to sit down in a couple of days after her spanking.
All spanking is done at full strength. Sissy may not move or flinch, turn away, cover her bottom with her hands, if she does - count is restarted. Sissy must count the stokes, audibly, if crying and the count is not heard, or is incorrect then the count is restarted. Sissy is not to cry out loud. Sissy must cry silently, and never complain.
Corner time follows a spanking. Sissy is put into a corner with her nose on the wall. Sometimes a coin is placed on the wall that sissy must hold there. Sissy holds her skirt up to display her red bottom and considers her bad behavior. This may last for an hour or so. After that time is up sissy thanks Mistress for her spanking and is allowed to beg for more.

Mommy has made some changes to my personal introduction. When we are out and we meet a person, almost always a girl or woman, that she wants me to introduce myself to, she tells me the following..

There is always the question about what are the reasons for me needing to be paddled.
Mommy explains that sissies, especially me, need string discipline and immediate negative reinforcement. Then usually I am asked questions about myself.
If I do not give a satisfactory anwer, there and then, I get paddled over-the-knee. After my punishment I am required to thank the lady.
