Question for Mistress Amelia:
Is it moral and ethical for a mother, step-mother, aunt, or other guardian to begin feminization of a male child at an early age?
For a child identified with gender dysphoria it is not only moral and ethical it is the right thing to do. It is advisable to find a find a therapist that specializes in gender issues. I have learned that if a child is insistent, persistent and consistent that he is transgender then it is a good indication that it is a reality for him.
I am not a professional but I feel that having life experience as a girl goes a long way towards deciding whether to make the more important decisions as the child approaches puberty. Specifically the issues of hormone therapy and potential surgery.
Gender reassignment raises complex ethical issues. It questions gender identity and the right to self-determination. Some highlight the right to access the medical care necessary to live according to one's perceived gender. Others worry about the potential rush into major medical decisions, especially among minors.
IMHO - I strongly endorse the feminization of a male child as soon as possible.
Question for Ms Dani:
What are the most humiliating girly names for a sissy? I have read that a girly middle name is an absolute MUST for a sissy! At what age should a sissy be referred to by his girly name? How does having a real girly name affect the sissy's self-identification?
