My Goddess Shari, so strong and powerful, who knows what is best for her little sissy girl.

Recently,  when we were out at the mall she asked me if I wanted a treat. I said yes, of course. She asked me what I wanted.  I said sissy cream! She laughed but then took me to the baby changing room and wanked me 4 times and fed me my sissy cream! It was soooooooo delicious!

Then she cleaned me with baby wipes and put a diaper and plastic baby pants on me and had me suck on my dummy! Then she took me to the food court and took a baby bottle from the backpach and filled it with baby formula. She asked, at the food counter, to have it warmed up. Then she fed me my baby bottle and also some baby fruits and veggies.

We did some more shopping.It was not long before I wet my diaper and started crying. She took me back to the baby changing room and changed my wet diaper. She told me that she loves her little baby and can't wait to nurse me that evening.

I love Mistress Shari. I called her MaMa. She really liked that and gave me a big hug. That made me so very happy. I am an adorable, charming and sweet little princess!

Obedience Affirmations

Mistress Shari sat me down in a chair and put her laptop on the table in front of me where I could see the screen. Every 15 seconds or so a short sentence appears that I must read and recite with the proper emotions: 

Reverence, Submission, Compliance, Surrender, Gratitude, Appreciation.

If I do not express the proper emotions then Mistress Shari puts me over her lap, pulls up my dress, pulls down my panties and gives me 5 whacks with the wooden paddle. Then I beg for forgiveness.  We have gone thru the list of obedient affirmations twice today. I was told to post this on my blog and then take a nap.  She said we will do this every morning for the next 4 days.

Obedience Training for sissies

Ms Dani has put me in hypnotic trance about 20 times since January. I feel so wonderful, relaxed, happy and very pleasurable when I am in trance. I look forward to each opportunity to be put in trance. Ms Dani says that being a weak and extremely submissive sissy means I am very susceptible to hypnosis.  She also told me that I will not do things that are immoral or I object to as a result of hypnosis. Ms Dani uses "triggers" planted in my subconscious to shape my behaviors. Sometimes I figure out things that are triggers. 

I'm not sure if these are triggers or just things I love to do but here are examples:

• When mommy tells me to do something I do a deep curtsy and say "Yes, mommy dearest"'
• When Mommy calls me into a room I curtsy upon entering and say "I am here mommy dearest"
• When Mommy says "sissy cuddles" I feel an overwhelming desire to hug her and I feel little , childish and very girly,
• When mommy wakes me in the morning I smile and say "You are so pretty Mommy"
• When someone tells me i am a pretty girl I say, in exactly these words "On no! I am an obedient little sissy wanker" and then blow a kiss!

I know there are probably more but I have nor figured them out. But that does not really matter

Ms Shari has had me start watching hypnosis videos. From what I have experienced hypnosis is a useful tool at getting into a mindful state. Having a well made video tells me to relax, breathe in, feel my physical body, literally trains me to get out of my head. This allows me to be more receptive to suggestions.I know I must me open minded and very receptive to the message. I am secure in the knowledge that I will not do things that are immoral or I object to. Also I have a very, very deep desire and need to please Mommy, Ms Dani and Ms Shari. 

Obedience Training 1: Following orders without question by Goddess Joules

I watch a couple times a day. I focus on my breathing and repeat statements as I am told. I am sure I am in a hypnotic trance. I must do as Goddess Joules tells me. When I am finished the uppermost thing in my mind is "I am Ms Shari's sissy. I must follow her orders without question". I know I am triggered to say that but I am not sure how. But that does not matter.
