Let’s start with less confusing femboys. They are mostly teens or adult men who didn’t get so different in their puberty. They are men who have little to no body hair, white skin, long hair, and like to maintain themselves properly like women and also dress like women, they are mostly straight men or bi who like to express the feminine qualities.
Then come the cross-dressers. They are completely straight men, most of the times they are are men who has little to no sexual interaction with women and want to mingle with them but just can’t. They are starved men who by wearing women clothes project the woman they desire of onto themselves. By this they become closer to their imagined best partner. You can say that their love for women actually goes beyond the normal threshold so that they are attracted to the clothes of women.
Lastly, the sissies. Imagine them as the crossdressers who found that they liked women so much that they like being a woman/girl way more than being a man. They start identifying themselves as a woman or girl and many start liking men. They wear female clothes because they feel natural to them in contrast to Cross-dressers who wear them as a form of fetish. They get aroused with the thought of being treated like women or girls. Many sissies will become complete transgenders.
Femboys,cross-dressers and sissies wank a great deal and experience "sissygasms". That gives them "release". They feel a certain amount of shame but cannot help themselves. It is best if their wanking is controlled by a woman. Control of their wanking (and deep humiliation) is the direct path to their total and complete submission. A true sissy's ultimate goal & greatest happiness is to be seen and humiliated!
So, in the summary. If you see a man maintaining himself quite well and looks quite feminine and identifies himself as a straight man you are seeing a femboy. If you are seeing a man being aroused while wearing woman clothes or just feels great in the women clothes, you are looking at a crossdresser {In the past these men were called sissies but now it has different meaning}. If you are seeing a man who mantains himself quite well, likes to wear women clothes because they feel natural in him and desires to be a woman, and wants to be treated just like the image of the ideal woman or girl in their mind, you are seeing a sissy.
In current age one is open to exploring to a great degree. Don’t feel embarrassed if you like crossdressing or acting a little feminine like femboys, its fine. Its fine even if you identify yourself to be a sissy and desire to become a trans woman. Don’t hold any prejudice and explore yourself as much as you can with a open mind and heart. In the end you will reach at the best possible version of yourself which is good for you and the society as a whole.
Sissy annie is definitely a sissy. But she is also a "little". She is emotionally, intellectually and even legally a child. She varies in age, compared to the "norm". of about age 3 to 5. She loves her childish dresses and loves to play dollies! Older girls (ages 6 to 9) play "dolls". Sissy girls like annie play "dollies" because they are quite infantile and may even be a sissy baby.
A little (according to one definition, at least) is a biological adult who feels as if they are really a younger age inside and needs to express that inner child in some way. I’ve also seen the term “inner kid” (IK) used for this. There is usually nothing sexual about this need. Coloring, finger painting, or playing children’s games is a great way to relax. Everyone has an inner child to some extent — this just takes that a step further.
