When they arrive, they discover glowing lanterns floating through the air, ribbon dancers performing on moonlit stages, and enchanted gardens where every flower changes color depending on a person’s feelings. The carnival has one problem, though: the magical “Wish Bouquet” at the center of the festival has begun to fade.
The blonde girl uses her gentle creativity to redesign the decorations and restore hope to the festival guests, while her cheerful red-haired friend organizes music, games, and sparkling fashion performances to bring everyone together again.
