A sissy's proper renaming

Many Mistresses have decided to rename their sissies. We have all decided that the family of sissies need a proper identifying surname. Meaning the last name that identifies the group that they belong to. The new surname will strongly identify the person as belonging to a grouping of sissies. The surname is "PANSY"

In addition sissies will have a first name that further identifies the person as a "sissy". So instead of a redundant stating that the person is a sissy the sissiy's first name will be "SISSY".

The sissy's middle name will be ultra girly. So my sissies new LEGAL name is "SISSY ANNIE PANSY"

Sissy Annie Pansy: "Thank you mommy. I love that I belong to the pansy family now. I love being called a pansy. WOW! Maybe someone will call me LITTLE MISS PANSY!!"
