Do you believe in permanent physical alterations to the sissy’s appearance (breast implants, facial surgery, hair removal, etc.)?

This is a feminization (biology) question. The hormonally induced development of female sexual characteristics. I strongly believe the sissy must be on a physician controlled regimen of female therapy. Estrogen is a steroid hormone associated with the female reproductive organs and is responsible for developing female sexual characteristics. Estrogen or estradiol is the most common form of estrogen hormone for FDA-approved treatment.

Sissification (activity) is a sexual/lifestyle practice where a male assumes a female role. A perceived societal shift of gender roles toward the characteristically "female". Most females are not "girly girls". Many are and love the lifestyle. But sissies MUST (and crave) be girly girls. Always in pretty dresses, a daily makeup routine and interests in fashion and all things feminine.

Feminization is the development of female physical characteristics (loss of facial hair, breast growth, etc. Assuming a (more) feminine, effeminate, quality and appearance. Hair removal (electrolysis or other methods) is necessary. Facial surgery, depending on the sissy, can be a significant help. Breast implants, depending on growth through hormone therapy, are usually necessary. The emotional impact of lovely and large (at least 36C) breasts on a sissy is significant. Sissies are so proud of their darling boobs!
